We store the profile, master resume text, interview claims (including your verbatim answers), job applications, scout digests, and metered usage needed to run the product. Tailored resumes and submission screenshots are stored in S3 when that is configured.
Sign-in uses Google OAuth. Payments use Stripe. Job discovery and ranking use OpenAI. Posting extraction and some form mapping use Firecrawl. Those processors see the data required for that call, not your password — we do not persist employer account passwords.
We do not sell personal data. Delete your account by contacting us from the signed-in email; we will remove profile rows we control. Stripe retains its own billing records.
